Michel
Son of a chef and restaurateur, Michel began his career in the greatest relais and châteaux before laying the first foundations in Villeneuve-lès-Avignon in 1995. He was a finalist in the Meilleur Ouvrier de France competition three times. His generous and authentic cuisine is quite simply the reflection of a passionate man for whom gastronomy only makes sense if it is shared.
At the Benet family, cooking is a real family affair; immersed in this environment since always, his sons joined him in 2014 to accompany him in this adventure, Roberto as manager and Aurélien as pastry chef. Their complementarity and the synergy of their know-how is obvious, the magic works and La Vallergue wins the place of 3rd Best Caterer in France in 2014.
